I played the original Beast Rider on the SEGA Genesis and it was one of my favorite games. I was not sure what to expect on the updated XBOX 360 version. Some reviews I read thought there was too much hack and slash, and not enough problem solving. Some thought the ability to play only one character (vs 3 choices in the original) was too limiting. I share these views to some extent, but I have found that this version is even more fun to play than the original, and other than the two criticisms noted, this is a good game.
